This Policy outlines refund standards, acceptable use, and enforcement for candidates using Semesteria.
1
Refund Policy
- Refund requests must be submitted within fourteen (14) days of purchase, unless a different period is stated at checkout for a specific product.
- Refund eligibility depends on the type of plan or feature purchased and the extent of usage.
- If a subscription is canceled, access generally continues until the end of the current billing period; partial-period refunds are not guaranteed unless required by law.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method when approved.
- Transaction fees or currency conversion fees charged by payment providers may be non-refundable.
Note: If you purchased through a third-party marketplace or app store, refunds may be subject to that provider’s policies and processes.
2
Non-Refundable Items
- One-time fees for services that have been fully delivered.
- Credits, tokens, or usage-based purchases that have been consumed.
- Add-ons or premium features that have been activated and materially used.
- Refund requests submitted after the applicable refund window.
Note: We may still evaluate exceptional cases at our discretion where permitted by law.
